Hey all,
First time installer of FreeNAS and am getting an error message when I go to boot.
The installer works fine and I am able to load FreeNAS but when I remove the disc or flash drive it always stops at this screen (see attachment). Let me know what you guys think!!!

What version of freenas? What do you mean remove the usb, you know that you can't remove your usb that freenas is installed to.

I used a USB as a boot device to put the Software on another USB.
Then tried using a Disc as the boot device and software on the flash with no result as well.
I am downloading the latest 9.10 version.

Should I use the same USB that I used to boot?

No, you need 2 media devices. One with the installer and the other to install to. Your motherboard is probably not supported since it a cheaper gaming motherboard. It has audio which will cause problems and it had realtek networking which probably won't work. Do a forum search to see if anyone else has this board. Also do a search for error 19.

"19 is "Operation not supported by device" which is a curious fsckin' thing, and makes me think that possibly it /has/ been found. Or possibly corruption is preventing it from being found."

Looks like other people have gotten this mobo to work...

But those are unverified computers.

It says UFS, so you appear to be installing an old version of FreeNAS. Please try a current one, 9.10.
