Motherboard failure and drive location

I have a ASRock C2550D4I which is no longer booting.
To correct, I am sending the board back to ASRock for repair/replacement.
My question....
I have 6 drives, do I need to ensure they are plugged back into the same sata port?
Or is FreeNAS smart enough to know what drive goes where no matter what port they are plugged into?

FreeNAS uses a GUID on the drive to identify them, so it doesn't care where they're plugged in to.
