Hello all you Guru's...
Now that I've buttered you up, I was wondering if you could tell me the proper way to get a missing certificate into my jail which is causing an application to fail?
I'm running Home Assistant inside my jail, and one function, Speed Test, fails because of a certificate error. The jail is running "OpenSSL 1.0.2o-freebsd", and the system reports /etc/ssl as the OpenSSL directory, but it only has one file "openssl.cnf" in it. There are no certificates in there. Someone suggested I need "DigiCert_Global_Root_CA.pem" for this to work, by my /etc/ssl directory has no certificates at all...
What is the proper way to install certificates into the jail, without hosing everything?
Thanks,
Steven
