Migrating Plex Data folder. Cant seem to do it

Can anyone help me on this?

I want to migrate the flex data folder as im setting up another FreeNAS server to take over from the old one (new one in signature). Ive found the data folder but im unable to copy the contents over AFP onto my desktop in preparation to migrate it over to the new server when its up and running.

Ive gto a copy of all of my data on the NAS already but this one has me stumped. Im not the greatest Sysadmin ever was so would appreciate anyone who has a pain free way of doing this, or as painless as possible.

Tried that and it just errors. Im trying to move the folder from FreeNAS to an OSX client and then over to FreeNAS. It just bombs out with the spinning beachball of doom.

From the looks of that guide Plex uses a database.. just moving the folder won’t help. Follow the guide and ask the plex folks about any errors. Then ssh to one machine and move the files over to the other machine using ssh
