translate from google My current machine is a dell r720xd, the h310 has been flashed it mode, and they run fine. I have 2 questions now
1. If migrate to r730xd (the hard disk slot is the same as r720xd, h330 set it mode), how to keep the existing data.
2. If cannot migrate to r730xd, when r720xd is damaged. Insert the hard disks into the new r720xd in sequence, can the data be recovered?

1. If migrate to r730xd (the hard disk slot is the same as r720xd, h330 set it mode), how to keep the existing data.

If you have a true HBA in each system, then all you will need to do is ensure that all disks have been moved over, and then choose to "import" the pool from the TrueNAS UI.

Note that the H330 - even in its internal "IT Mode" or "HBA Mode" is not the same as the HBA330 - although the H330 can be cross-flashed into one.

2. If cannot migrate to r730xd, when r720xd is damaged. Insert the hard disks into the new r720xd in sequence, can the data be recovered?

You can migrate to the new system - or an old system, or even mix-and-match the drive bays. As long as they are all present and connected to an HBA, your new TrueNAS install will detect them, and the pool should be importable.
