Migrate SCALE apps when rebuilding server

My SCALE install (upgraded from CORE) has multiple issues, so I am preparing to wipe everything and restart from a clean install.

Is there a way to migrate the apps configuration from the old install to the new one? On docker I would have docker-compose files that I can use to rebuild the apps.
