Is there some browser available that will allow you to manage data internally in the NAS?
What I mean is like copying files and folders between datasets and/or pools.

In the shell, you can use Midnight Commander mc.

You can use a graphical SFTP tool like FileZilla to connect to the NAS over SSH and manage files with it in a GUI if that's what you need... WinSCP is another option.

In addition to that, there's a pkg called webmin which is available for FreeBSD which was easily installed in a jail... you would then need to pass the storage you want to manage into the jail, but that is then a web GUI (perhaps the functionality you were actually hoping for).

You'll find it under the Others > File Manager menu on the left.

TrueCommand is (currently in the nightly builds) offering this file browsing option now, so consider using that to manage your TrueNAS
