Locked out of Virtualbox 4.3.12?

I added this a while back and have gotten into phpVirtualBox without issue previously

I set it up, got it working and went onto other things.

Come back today to actually use a centos6 vmdk disk, and I go to website and get a message to login to phpVirtualBox

Tried vbox, vboxuser, root, etc, cannot get in

So a refresher please, What user/password is it looking for?

And with jail shell access, where do I look for the user and how to set its password?

thanks, been up all night setting up my vms after retiring my esxi box

The box was 1777 watts so I moved all the vmdk images to the freenas box.
Seemed to have run out of steam at this 'hurdle'

Think sleep is needed at this point
