Left Pane Not Populating After Upgrade

I was running happily on 8.2.0 x86 with no issues until my system drive (IDE) died. I had an Dual Core CPU with 8 Gigs laying around from a ESXI Whitebox that had been upgraded to 6 cores with 16GB. I installed 8.3.1 noticed that I could not change Admin Password in fact I could not make any changes at all. The left pane would not populate. So I downloaded 8.2.0 x64 and reinstalled with no issues. Once this was all working I downloaded 8.3.0 x64 and performed an upgrade everything looked good except the left pane did not populate, totally blank. However the right pane was normal. I did the zpool upgrade with no issues. I then did the 8.3.1 x64 upgrade and still have the same issue the left pane is blank and I also notice (r12686+b770da6_dirty).

How do I fix this??

Had this with IE 10 on a new build of 8.3.1 used firefox as a workaround

OH OK that describes my Win7 box I am using. Does anyone know what dirty in build info is referring t?? I am assuming the disks...

That's just how the git repo names things by default. Nothing to worry about.
