Issue with Plugin Jails?

Hi,
I was wondering if someone else has had this issue before, as im running FreeNAS-11.1-U1, and trying to install Sonarr and transmission plugin. I see the jail is on and i can jexec and ping the jail. But whats odd on the plugin section i try to start the service and it says error. I looked on the forums and though other peopel having this issue many say its a permission issue with i gave permission inside the jail and rebooted no luck

Code:

chown -R root:wheel /

Whats funny is that i installed the another jail from scratch with Sonarr and it worked. it might has to do with the plugin itself
Any ideas?

Hardware specs?

Did you run that command on your jail and change permissions?
