Hi yall, I am unable to see any of my PCIe devices in the PCIe passthrough selection of the add device window in the vm device manager. I have read a few threads on the forum and can confidently say:

1. My Intel E52650l-v2 supports VT-d
2. Virtualization support is enabled in my Asus P9x79 WS
3. I believe IOMMU is enabled as this is my output:
dmesg | grep -e DMAR -e IOMMU [ 0.043001] DMAR: IOMMU enabled [ 5.918460] AMD-Vi: AMD IOMMUv2 functionality not available on this system - This is not a bug.

I am simply trying to pass through a PCIe USB card and am unable to see any options in the GUI drop-down.

Any advice would be appricated.

Does dmesg show that VT-x is enabled? I don't see anything in your board's BIOS settings to enable VT-x.

Your CPU is of a generation that according to others (not my area of expertise) has limitations when it comes to virtualization.

Just a follow up, the next day I lost the server, but I appreciate all the help and suspect the CPU was at issue.
