ISCSI Question

I made a small iscsi share to experiment some and put some data on it. Can I change the size of the device to the full size of the array without loosing data? Or do I have to migrate it off then back on?

LSI 9240-8i (flahed to 9211-8i it mode)

6 10TB WD white hdd's
3 Samsung ssd's
2 sandisk flash drives (boot)
