iSCSI disconnecting from esxi

Hi All-
I have a FreeNAS 9.2.1.2 that I put together and attached to a esxi 5.1 host. Im using the FreeNAS device for storage for some VMs I replicate between sites. I upgraded to v9.2.1.2 recently and have found that as soon as data starts being written to the FreeNAS device, it stops responding and the datastore become unavailable to the esxi server. If I stop the replication job and then rescan it will reconnect to the esxi host.

Can somebody help me out with this? Not sure where to start with this.
