Is this how you set up a striped mirror (raid 10)?

this solution is what I gathered from searching the forums. Is this right or did I not search hard enough?

No, you need to set the type to mirror and drag the cursor to 2 columns and 4 lines (if you want 4 striped mirrors which I assume is what you want).
