Is my old pc ok to use?

I need help, I have a old pc, specs below, will this be ok to use for the following.

Share / Store files
Share/ Store pics
Share/ Store / Stream --- home / vacation HD movies

My old pc that I'm planningto use:
Compaq Presario SR1010Z
AMD Sempron (tm) Processor 3000+
1.81 GHz, 896 MB RAM

I have couple of USB ports that I can use and there are two SATA ports on the motherboard. I have two external drives both are 4TB. I can pull the drives out and plan to mirror it so I can get 4TB to play with.

Is this hardware feasable to do what I want.

Why not consult the manual, the section on "hardware requirements" would be a good place to start...
