One of my TrueNAS-Scale systems wasn’t able to reach the update servers, instead getting TimeOutErrors all the time. It couldn’t even see the update trains.
Reading older posts, I saw the mention of some IPv6 issues and another post where Sysctl: net.ipv6,conf.all.disable_ipv6 variable could be used as a work-around.
Having enabled that sysctl variable allowed my system to see the update trains and download 23.10.2 OS image.
These issues were seen on March 8, 2024 and the previous few days. My TrueNAS-Scale system is located in San Jose, California U.S.A.
