Intel doesn't like non-Intel SFP modules. There are ways around that, including some firmware or driver tweaking.

with Ubiquiti UF-MM-10G transceiver I have this issue.
Now I have to order Intel E10GSFPSR Transceiver but I'm not sure is compatible with my switch Netgear XS712-v2.

This mean I have to use a compatible Transceiver for each hardware?

Intel x710 -> Intel Transceiver -> Fiber cable -> Ubiquiti transceiver -> Switch Netgear xs712

Clearly it's saying the connection is 10 Gb/s and it's pushing ~3 Gb/s in that test. There could be a million reasons for that, from the rest of the system not keeping up, to the other end not keeping up, congested switch...
