Intel X710 using incorrect driver in latest 9.10 release?

Nope - proper x16 with the watts to back that up. Mucking about with LACP now on the not-X710 NICs I have in this. Thanks again @bigphil

I updated the original post with the latest Intel driver (as of this post its version 1.7.12) for the X710/XL710/XXV710 family of cards. Tested on FreeNAS 9.10.2-U5 and everything is working as expected. Be sure to change the loader variable to if_ixl_1712_load if using this version.
