Intel C606 with ZFS

Hi,

I did search the forum and google but I can't find my answer about the Intel C606.
In my build I got a X9DR3-LNF4+ and it has an integrated Intel C606.

I have 2 x 9211-8i in IT mode.

I know the reputation is very good about the 9211-8i in IT mode but I can't find anything about the C606 or it was very old thread.

I understand that for ZFS we need a HBA and we need the less raid interference as possible.

Does the C606 is very good for ZFS and data integrity vs the 9211-8i IT mode ?

I know the difference about the speed between them but I'm talking for reliability for ZFS.

Do you trust the C606 or I should use only the 9211-8i in IT mode because the dev update them regularly vs the C606 ?

What your thought about that ?

Intel SATA (and SAS, but those are rare) controllers are fine. Can't go wrong with them.
