Initial assessment of FreeNAS

I recently came across some threads and YouTube video about FreeNAS. It is very interesting. I like to find out more about it. If I'm in the wrong group/forum, please point me to the correct one and/or move my post.

1. Will an old Dell Precision 670 10GB of RAM, 2 Intel Xeon 3.4GHz CPU work for hosting files and streaming media?
2. Can I use any size hard drive for my storage and it would combine all the different size into one?
3. Right now the largest drive is 4TB, if in the future manufactures release a bigger size hard drive, will FreeNAS recognize the new size?
4. Are there any mobile apps (iOS and Android) that I can download and use to access the files and media on the FreeNAS server?
5. Does anyone know of any good pre-built FreeNAS boxes for sale?
