incomplete Cloud Sync but process claims success

Hi,

im trying to sync a folder to S3 but even when the process is claiming a successful synchronization I can see that the sync was incomplete. Permissionwise I can't see any differences in files/folders that have be synced against those haven't been synced. Any ideas how I can debug this?

Which build version (from System -> Information)? Also, anything related in /var/log/messages?

Hi,

version is FreeNAS-11.1-RELEASE ?! Ups, maybe I should update that machine ;-)....

I can't see any related inside of /var/log/messages.

I will update that machine tonight and report back.

Okay so I updated the machine to 11.1-U2 and deleted the old cloud sync task and created a new one pointing to a new s3 bucket but the result is exactly the same as before. Strange...

quite embarrassing but the truth is that there was no data missing only hierarchies of empty folders which won't be synced.
