I want to change existing storage settings to another pool

version : TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.2

when i select System Settings -> Advanced -> Storage (configure)

{val error}

but 65:00.0 is NIC

65:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82599ES 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ Network Connection (rev 01)
65:00.1 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82599ES 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ Network Connection (rev 01)

And I do not have any VM

May I know this is a bugs? or another way to change storage settings to another pool, because existing pool will be retired

Just successfully migrated system to another pool last weekend.

Not sure if you have to update Apps pool first, but this is what I did before changing system pool:
Apps -> Settings -> Choose Pool
