I would check to see if the connectors are actually damaged or if they were just installed incorrectly at an angle. If determined that it was just a build issue and you can live with it, plug it in, burn it in, and keep it. If you doubt the integrity of the product, I'd return it to the seller vice RMA and make a stink about it if you must to ensure they pay for return shipping. It's not your fault they screwed up.
However if the place you purchased it from has a fantastic return policy (they pay for return shipping), then you might consider that.
Also, just because the packaging doesn't look damaged doesn't' mean it wasn't dropped hard causing the damage by the shipper.
BTW: The serial port does look bad.
