i can't create volumes

hi
i want install NAS in vmweare 7, i chose FreeNAS 8 (FreeNAS-8.0-RELEASE-i386.iso)
i see all the video in you tube from FreeNAS team !!!
but i have problem !!!

i cant create volumes !!! watch this :

pls help me

Did you add the disks in your VMware settings?

Also, this won't fix your problem, but version 8.01 is released now. You should upgrade to that.
