Hello,
I am new to TrueNAS. To test, I installed "TrueNAS-13.0-U3.1" on SuperMicro "SuperStorage 6049P-E1CR24H" device. I can access the TrueNAS web interface. I cannot see 24 disks mounted on the AVAGO 3108 Raid Card.

in the menu
- Storage -> Pools -> Add -> Create new pool
I come to a point by following the path, but the disks or "Logical Vol" on the Raid Card do not appear in the "Available Disks" section.

in the menu
- Storage -> Disks
When I look at the partition, only operating system disks with SSDs with the names "ada0, ada1" appear.
(SSD disks are not connected to AVAGO 3108)

Devlist output is as follows:
root@truenas[~]# camcontrol devlist
<SanDisk SSD PLUS 1000GB UH4504RL> at scbus4 target 0 lun 0 (ada0,pass0)
<SanDisk SSD PLUS 1000GB UH4504RL> at scbus5 target 0 lun 0 (ada1,pass1)
<AHCI SGPIO Enclosure 2.00 0001> at scbus6 target 0 lun 0 (ses0,pass2)
<AHCI SGPIO Enclosure 2.00 0001> at scbus15 target 0 lun 0 (ses1,pass3)
<SMC SC846-P 100b> at scbus17 target 0 lun 0 (ses2,pass4)

How can I see other disks mounted on Raid Card?

Previously, MS Windows Server 2019 was installed, I could see all disks with MegaRAID application.

Thank you for your help.

You cannot. Pull the RAID card, you need to use an HBA. TrueNAS and ZFS will take care of the RAID.

some poking around seems to indicate that there *might* be an HBA mode, but as the specs indicate this to be an OEM card, it's likely incompatible with LSI/avaga/broadcom (or whoever-the-heck they are now) firmware, meaning if there is, you would have to check the OEM for it. kind of a waste of the card, though, even if there is.

supermicro is reportedly fairly good for helping out, especially since this seems to be pretty new hardware. maybe you trade them for an HBA or something?

likely better off to sell the thing and get a good HBA, as jgreco says, or else switch to a different OS.

There is not. The parts list for this server indicate that this is the standard Supermicro AOC-S3108L-H8IR which is an unremarkable 3108 card which is only distinguished by having the slightly larger cache option and an LSI bracket (you know, the ones with the larger square holes). This card needs to be pulled and replaced with an AOC-S3008L-L8i. The 3108 was introduced in, I believe 2014, making it a rather older card in the LSI lineup.

welp. that does indeed sound like there is no hope this card.
