Apparently successful first-time install of FreeNAS 11.1 shows non-GUI screen with 11 options (configure network, etc., but network is already configured). Reboot leads to the same screen. How to start the GUI? System is i7-920, Asus P6T mobo, 16GB RAM, (NVIDIA) Asus GeForce GTX750Ti-OC-2GD5, mobo Realtek Gigabit Ethernet. FreeNAS 11.1 installed from CD to 32GB USB; 3x 8TB WD Red HDDs recently wiped & ready for RAID5 (this is just a minimal test system to check out FreeNAS); also 250GB SSD, which won’t be part of the test system (Win7 installed on it). Thanks.

Hopefully something like this is what you are seeing. In this case you would enter 192.168.1.125 into the address line in your browser and hit enter to get to the GUI.

Yes, that's the display. So: the FreeNAS console doesn't provide the GUI, a browser nearby does. Makes sense. Many thanks.
