How to install?

I've installed FreeNAS .7 on a hard drive and flash drive, but nothing seems to boot. The only thing that boots is the livecd. Is this how I'm supposed to install? I have an old machine running a Pentium III and 256 mb of ram. How do I configure it? I can access the GUI via livecd but other than that I can't install the OS to the hard drive.

I thought this was a FreeNAS 8 forum, but as I am a (quite new) FreeNAS 7 user I can try to help you. It sounds like you can boot from the live CD. From where else do you wish to boot ? There is a flash drive and a hard drive in your post. Did you change the boot sequence in order to boot from where you want ?
