So, I have previously installed proxmox on this computer, and after multiple trial and errors, I have disabled ipmi straight from the board (changing a jumper position) as the onboard BMC was conflicting with lm-sensors/fancontrol. This is a Supermicro X8 board. I was pretty happy with my custom fancontrol setup on that configuration. I obviously can`t do the same on TN SCALE since it would erased upon reboot (or update).
Please help me to configure this! I need to load some extra sensors (w83795, possibly jc42).
Once these are loaded, I need to create a fancontrol configuration to manage the pwm value based on a temperature sensor.
I am also open to a better way to customize the pwm value using a script that could rampup as needed for either CPU or drives.
