I'm a little OCD about these things and that is the only reason I am asking this question. Here is a list of my current templates, the freeNAS GUI and the command line agree on this:

Code:
warden template list
Jail Templates:
------------------------------
VirtualBox-4.3.12 - FreeBSD (amd64)
pluginjail - FreeBSD (amd64)
pluginjail--x64 - FreeBSD (amd64)
standard - FreeBSD (amd64)
standard--x64 - FreeBSD (amd64)
standardx64 - FreeBSD (amd64)

Would it be possible to delete some duplicate ones? I am sure some are no longer needed. If I delete say all but the VirtualBox one, would they be simply downloaded again when I need to create another jail and would I break anything else by doing so?

You can, generally, delete them safely using the appropriate incantation of the warden commands.

But, make no mistake, I don't recommend you do this. It *may* cause problems. I have lots of old templates and I have left them there (even the ones I know I'm not using) because it's just not worth the potential problems (imo).

hm, I see, would it be safe to at least remove their snapshots? those seem to have been automatically generated
