How to add a new node in the existing Truecommand cluster?

I have created three nodes cluster on the truecommand. All truecommand features working fine. but I have to add a new node to the existing cluster, no option to add a new node in a cluster???

I'm only finding Create and delete options in the documents.

I also see some small (but incomplete) hints in the SCALE docs indicating clusters may be a delete and recreate thing (at least for now).
