How do you change the IP address from the GUI?

No seriously, 4 years deep on this and I don't know how.
I do NOT have access to the physical console for this machine.

In the networking section, I can add an interface, however it seems /baffling/ to me, that there isn't an entry there, including my existing IP to change? Hence my reluctance.
Do I really, randomly, add an interface with a new IP? It seems un-intuitive, if that is indeed the best method?

If you are changing the IP address of the interface that you are connected to, it will lose connection to the network. You must use the text console to do that. Why don't you have access?

Why would I lose connection though? All I want to do is change it from 192.168.0.9 to 192.168.0.10
I know the new, destination IP and even if I didn't the DHCP lease list from my router, woudl tell me what it had moved to.
I ended up just shutting it down entirely.

My new server, with IPMI was much easier - obviously, it's now taken the 192.168.0.9 place - I can't turn the old server on due ti IP conflict - but next time I turn her on, she'll have a monitor on her for a change.

Still, it's kind of weird this isn't in the GUI.
