One more question - how to build plugin from svn?
I want upgrade transmission. But not found transmission*.pbi on /usr/local/freenas/trunk

Plugins are not compiled from source like the rest of FreeNAS:

This process is still under some development and it was suggested by the developers to wait until the RC stage of FreeNAS 8.2.0 before attempting to create your own plugins since there are still changes being made that will affect how they work.
