Highpoint RocketRaid 2300 Freenas Load issues.

I have purchased a Highpoint RocketRaid 2300 for my new FreeNas box. It is in the list of supported devices (please feel free to verify). However I get any error while trying to load the installation CD.

RAM parity error, likely hardware failure

Fatal trap 19: non-maskable interrupt trap while in kernel mode
cpuid = 0; apic id = 00

I even went as far as replacing my motherboard thinking it was the pcie 1x slot. Which lead into the CPU crapping out lol. You know how it is.

Anyways I have updated my motherboard and RR 2300 BIOS.

Any ideas?! HEEELP!
