Help with VM not working after reboot FreeNAS

As subject says I can't access the VM (running Ubuntu Server) after FreeNAS reboot. Worked fine until I rebooted the system. Tried ssh directly to the VM and using VNC. Any ideas?

Ok slight update VNC was a resolution issue now I can see the UEFI boot loader but im not getting further from that.
