SOLVED VM not working after FreeNAS Update

I had Debian installed in a VM to run PiHole. After updating today I try to VNC into my VM which FreeNAS says is running and all I see is the image attached. I tried completely deleting the VM and Dataset and recreating from scratch but it still does this.

Still not sure why it was doing this but rebuilt using CentOS instead of debian and it works just fine.
