Help with moving Freenas Server to a new FreenNAS Server

Hi, I have a FreeNAS server running now with VM's. Really nothing special, but I built a new server. I'm trying to figure out how to move everything to a new server. Not sure where to start. Note they are VM's NOT Jails.

- Create snapshots on old server
- Create datasets on new server
- Replicate across, this'll require some searching so you know which options you want
- Either recreate VM settings manually or, if FreeNAS versions are identical, load config from old FreeNAS on new FreeNAS
