Hi, I'm running the last stabel Freenas version [FreeNAS-9.2.1.3-RELEASE-x64 (dc0c46b)] and I'm tryin' to get my USB connected UPS working.

The UPS is an "Emerson Power Liebert PowerSure PSI 1440" wich is not supported by NUT.

I tryed using all belkin and liebert models in list, but it wont' works.
Here is a console log, and attached you can find a screen of my config. Any help is welcome :)

If it's not supported by NUT then you will need to get a UPS that is supported by NUT. The FreeNAS project simply bundles NUT into the OS. We don't actually support NUT at all. :(

It's not so easy to replace a 1440v ups in a home installation. Thats' why I'm asking here, I'm not a FreeBSD expert, so may miss some important things to know, or tricks to make it working.
I should find some workaround, like read the ups status from a machine using a different OS :)

1440v!? Never heard of that voltage being anywhere on the planet(electrician by trade).

I'd go as the NUT guys. They have a support structure of their own. But to be honest, I wouldn't expect overnight service and if they can't find the information or get local access to your box I wouldn't ever expect it to be supported.

I think you're right
I missed an "a". The ups is a 1440va, 220v

Thanks for your help, I'm contacting NUT guys. I wuold not give access to my box, but I can connect the ups to a test VM and open its ssh port to the world ;)

solved by NUT mail list users. I removed the leading "-x" in freenas GUI config and now it works :)
