Help me PLZ!! I can't connect my NAS thru FTP! What's wrong?

Please teach me the way using FTP service.

no, just check you started ftp daemon in GUI->services page

I had already checked ID & pass, but I can't login to FTP service.
What's wrong??

it seems not. in your log you successfully establish a connection, and server ask you for auth.
try enabling root login, and log in as root. or try enabling anonimous login. you'll find this settings in ftp service settings page.

But still... I can't login by USER account.

I'm no expert and are only new to FreeNAS however I had this issue last night and after searching the net for a while I discovered that the issue was the 'Home Directory' setting in the user's account. I change it from '/nonexistant' to the path of the volume which I wanted them to have access to, in my case it was '/mnt/data'. This fixed the issue and I was able to connect and use FTP as normal.

I already have found it my self thru carefully watching Video Clip of 'YOUTUBE FREENAS 8 FTP'.
It was home directory, right!!!
