Help! How to access NextCoud via Zerotier

Hi,
I am failed to visit NextCloud via zerotier. Is there any instrucitons for this?

I can visit NextCloud via the local router by 192.168.1.2:9001 port. I can access the webUI of trunas via zerotier by 172.28.118.2 and via Tailscale by 100.82.193.93. However, I cannot visit the NextCloud via zerotier 172.28.118.2:9001 and Tailscale 100.82.193.93:9001.

Any helps on how to configurate this?
