Having issues connecting to web portal and network shares

Hello All,
been having weird issue with my nas server. So I can ping the ip address it is assigned with 0% packet loss but I can't access it via network share, web interface or remote ssh. I was wondering if anyone can point m in the direction to properly troubleshoot. I initially thought this was a service freeze or the server itself froze due to cpu/ram usage but I'm able to see som of my VMs and I'm still able ping.
