Going from Corral to 11

Hello guys, I made the huge mistake of updating my well stablished FreeNAS 9.10 machine to corral, now its slow, cant do half the things it did before. My question is how can I go to FreeNAS 11 from Corral without making a full external backup of all my movies and tv shows and files, I do NOT want to save any dockers, or configs or w.e, I want to be able to "downgrade?" and keep all my files in my hard drives pool. How can I do that? Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks in advance!

If you still have the 9.10 boot environment, roll back and update from that.
