Update FreeNAS 10 Corral to FreeNAS 11

Hello,

I read the update thread about Corral to FreeNAS 11. And based on these info, this is not applicable to me since I've played with permissions.

So I will start from scratch.

Will my pool files safe? In another words, will FreeNAS 11 recognize my actual pools/dataset?

I don't have encryption on these.

IF you follow the documented procedure, you should be able to import your pool without losing your data, yes

K thx. Read it again, if I understand correctly there is not specific warning when you start from scratch. It mentionned files are safe. Like always I will do a fresh backup before upgrading. I was curious. Cheers.
