FreeNAS11 - set rights to share best practise

Hello

i have a question about share access, how to do it the right way.

share_Data

user | group
a | home
b | home

user a should have read write access
all group home user should have read access

how to do it ?
user a should also have access to other shares too

Thanks for a hint how to manage it the easy way

Fun to see you are changing the rights over the windows client, I will see the movie again and change what I have now!

@m0nkey_ i followed your nice Video - but...
a) do i need to reboot to make the configuration in NAS active? it worked only after a reboot in my Case
b) in win7 German i go to the share and check the security there is a Group (jeder = Everybody) a juser unknow acount and a strange number and a user nobdy
in Freenas i have crated and added the group share_video which is not showing up?
