Best Practise | ISPConfig to FreeNAS

hello
on my ISPConfig tool I would like to add a Backup path to the FreeNAS.
so the question what is the best way to do it?
is there a way to have a own user/Group doing this backup?
do i have one share or it is better do have a share more granulated by System/Server/VirtuellServer and so one?

A share has whatever permissions you set up on the underlying dataset.

I certainly hope you are not exposing the GUI to the internet.
