FreeNAS won't boot

Long story short – I initially noticed that the link speed on my 10gbe connection to my freenas server had dropped to 1gb. I installed updates and then rebooted the system only to find it won't boot now with a ton of errors. Below are a few. Any ideas?

pid 776 (python3.6), did 0: exited on signal 6 (core dumped)
/usr/local/sbin/dmidecode: not found
cp: /usr/share/zoneinfo/America/New_York: No such file or directory

Could not find platform independent libraries
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME
Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: Unable to get the locale encoding
LookupError: no codec search functions registered: can't find encoding.
