Sorry to hear. I'd say your hardware is probably incompatible and the effort to troubleshoot it wouldn't pay off.

You've reported above that you've installed mint, 10, and 2012 from USB, so your MB is capable of booting from it, so it must be some FreeBSD incompatibility. As mentioned above, I did have problems installing on an old HP and after playing a lot, just donated it ... to my mother-in-law to run windows.
And my pc is able to install it to the usb without errors

Obviously 9.10.1 contains the latest features and bug fixes and 9.10.1-U1 is scheduled for release on Monday.

The major difference is that FreeNAS 9.10 is built on FreeBSD 10.3, whereas FreeNAS 9.3.1 is built on FreeBSD 9.3. You might want to test 9.3.1 to see if it will work on your motherboard. Older versions of FreeNAS can be found here: http://download.freenas.org/
