FreeNAS Will Not Boot Or Load

Ok so I tried the CD install with an almost current 9.3 version and I got the device full can not install error. Can anyone tell me if there is a list of approved flash drives to use with FreeNAS?

I was hoping someone could offer help as I thought my Mushkin 16GB stick was a good enough brand with a reliable reputation...
