FreeNAS Mini Device - Power off mystery.

Hi... not sure if this is the correct place for a FreeNAS Mini Device hardware question... but I'll give it a shot...

Received the unit last Friday from iXSystems, I put in 4 X 3TB WD Red NAS drives... installed Freenas 9.3 via IPMI and spent hours configuring the device and got it to where I just love it.... RaidZ2, quiet, runs great.

I woke up this morning and the device was off, with just the Network light flashing... I could get into IPMI, but could not power on the unit. I could not power it on via the physical button... I had to actually unplug it, count to 10 and then plug it back in before it would fire up. The unit is on an APC UPS so I know the power is clean.

I'm going to keep an eye on it, but I've lost confidence... has anyone seen this before? Did it go into a sleep mode I'm unaware of and get stuck?

What you need to do is put a ticket in with iXsystems and let them troubleshoot the problem.
