I see you making lots of posts but I don't see your hardware specs per the forum rules. Every problem I see you having are indicative of improper hardware.

i just looked (to double check my hardware) and everything looks good... no dust on heatsink, no blown caps, cables well plugged... im checking if it might be my onboard NIC, i switched to an other one to see if i get issues... might solve both of my problems.

i keep getting this email

The volume Backups (ZFS) state is ONLINE: One or more devices has experienced an unrecoverable error. An attempt was made to correct the error. Applications are unaffected.
The volume Shares (ZFS) state is ONLINE: One or more devices has experienced an error resulting in data corruption. Applications may be affected.

Backups has a bad disk but nothing has been lost yet (redundancy FTW!).
Shares did not have sufficient redundancy to correct the errors and data has been lost.

So what you likely have is a pool that is corrupt and it is causing the system to kernel panic when ZFS get corrupted. Box reboots and runs again until you hit the corruption. The bam, reboot again.

Single disk zpools are "of the devil" and shouldn't be used. You're an unwilling example of why this is so.

In any case, you have at least 2 bad disks in your server and you should stop and assess your original design and correct these limitations before continuing to use the server, and definitely before you store your precious data on it because you are already losing data on Shares.

how should i create my pool if i plan on expanding it, but only have 1 drive now? should i make a normal drive (Not ZFS) and when i get an expansion, i transfer data and add this one to the new drive?

You can't do this.
