FreeNAS Hangs at Boot

FreeNAS will not boot up and I have exactly the same issue reported below. I tried to install to a new USB drive but it hangs in exactly the same place. mfi0 loads fine which is where the actual FreeNAS install is located it's the second PERC card that doesn't load. I tried to install to a new USB but it freezes in the same spot every time. Any ideas?

The mfi1 is a MD1000 and when I detach it the FreeNAS server boots perfectly. Wonder why the MD1000 won't load in post?

Is the PERC card flashed to IT mode?
